This two week old cafe/restaurant just east of Yonge on Queen boasts well executed meal options for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prepared meals and various grab and go offerings are healthy, relatively cheap and delicious. And while the seating is limited, there are plans to expand enough to accomodate a small lunch crowd.
