After an extended test-kitchen phase this BBQ joint at the far west end of the Junction opened its doors to the public in May. After working out a few kinks and upping production to meet the neighbourhood's evidently ravenous demand for brisket and ribs, the tiny restaurant is now running at full capacity with a steady stream of takeout and sit down customers passing through.
